Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is at the heart of our vision and our business model; it lies on five essential pillars: Governance, Economic, Social, Societal, and Environment. These pillars create a base for our sustainable business vision and our commitments to adopting a more responsible business model.
Governance: refers to how we manage our company from a democratic standpoint, the transparency of our decision-making, and the integrity of our practices. As a group led by a cooperative and participatory society (Scop), strong governance is essential to ensuring our business plan is consistent. Our priorities also include implementing the democratic principles of Social & Solidarity Economy, internally as well as externally.
Economic: refers to our commitment to creating value sustainably, promoting economic growth while reducing our negative impact. We believe in an economy where people are at the center – an economy that is profitable to society and that tackles major societal challenges.
Social: refers to our desire to maintain our corporate culture and implement an HR Policy that fights against discrimination and promotes diversity and a better quality of work life (QWL).
Societal: refers to our mission, as a company, to take part in acts of solidarity and societal responsibility. To this end, our patronage policy aims to strengthen our ability to act together for the benefit of people living in isolation or for those subject to dependency.
Environment: refers to our voluntarist environmental approach, which aims to fight against global warming, reduce our ecological footprint and our carbon emissions, fight against the destruction of natural habitats, and preserve biodiversity. We are actively participating in the development of a better world for generations to come.
