We are proud to share our people-centered vision, which revolves around creating a harmonious, inclusive, equitable, and stimulating work environment. Our corporate culture is based on five values that guide our HR policy in the long run: commitment, innovation, solidarity, entrepreneurship, equity.

With a culture based on a unique business model, we are convinced that collective strength is paramount to achieving our business plan: capitalizing on skill diversity, stimulating creativity, delegating the workload equally, promoting motivation, adapting to change, and encouraging ongoing learning.

Our priorities also include ensuring individuals’ well-being and fulfillment. We are striving to guide our employees to help them better navigate their professional and personal life according to their needs as parents and caregivers, and, in some cases, as people with disabilities.

We seek to improve collaborators’ experience at any stage within the company to support quality of work life (QWL): onboarding, training courses and professional development, work environment, management practices, and more.

These ambitions aim to cater to both collective and individual needs. They are enacted through operational action plans in consultation and in negotiation with staff representatives within the framework of social dialogue.

This activist momentum for co-building and social innovation within our group is the result of our story and is based on our cooperative model, which is itself funded on democracy, solidarity, responsibility, and sustainable principles.
