Ethics Line
The Ethics Line is accessible to all Upcoop Group employees, as well as to all third parties in contact with our Group (partners, suppliers, customers, beneficiaries, etc.). It enables anyone to report any behavior that may be contrary to current regulations and our Group values:
- Acts of corruption, conflicts of interest and influence peddling,
- Fraud, embezzlement and theft,
- Money laundering and terrorist financing,
- Anti-competitive practices,
- Moral or sexual harassment, Cyber harassment,
- Discrimination,
- Sexist behaviour,
- Violence,
- Health and safety in the workplace,
- Violation of personal data,
- Environmental protection and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Alerts can be anonymous or nominative. However, it is important to remember the principle of whistleblower protection: the confidentiality of the identity of the authors of the alert (in the case of nominative alerts), of the persons targeted and of any third party mentioned in the alert is guaranteed.
