The cooperative originally created with a couple of employees has grown: it is celebrating its 50th anniversary, has broadened its voucher emission portfolio and has developed internationally, to the benefit of its clients, merchants and restaurateurs as well as to the millions of people using its solutions.

2010

New HQE main office and offer expansion in France

  • Move into the new HQE (High Environmental Quality) main office, “the Atrium”, still located in Gennevilliers
  • Acquisition of the company JVS Implicit, software publisher for the Communal Social Action Centers (CCAS) in France. With this acquisition, the Group becomes a key player in the home care services market and in social action.
  • Chèque Déjeuner, in France, includes a new solution in its offer for companies with less than 50 employees: the ANCV holiday voucher.
  • Acquisition of the company MaxiChèque, leader in the 100% internet-based gift voucher.
  • The Romanian subsidiary achieves ISO 14001 certification.

2011

Digital evolution in progress

  • Groupe Chèque Déjeuner prepares the future and implements its digitalized platform "Move Up" for its service voucher solutions.
  • Acquisition of the company Arcan, in France, specializing in IT management solutions for entities specializing in at-home hospitalization (HAD).
  • ISO 27001 certification in Romania.

2012

CSR: a corporate approach

  • ISO 26 000 evaluation conducted by the Group as part of its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy. It is the first in its market to be evaluated.
  • This same year, the Spanish subsidiary also achieved the RS 10 CSR certification.
  • The French voucher subsidiaries obtain both PEFC and FSC labeling for their vouchers.

Digitalization and offer expansion worldwide

  • Digitalization of our offer increases in all the countries where we operate (Italy, France, Turkey, Portugal, Spain, etc.).
  • The Italian subsidiary launches the 100% dematerialized Cadhoc gift voucher.
  • The Romanian subsidiary acquires Romticket.

2013

Expansion of our offer worldwide

  • The Chèque Déjeuner card is launched in Portugal.
  • Birth of the Cheque Transporte card in Spain.
  • In France, the group receives the Origine France Garantie (French origin guaranteed) label which guarantees that the voucher products sold are manufactured in France.

2014

The group celebrates its 50 years of existence, Catherine Coupet is appointed President & CEO

  • In 2014, the group celebrated its 50 years of existence and invited its 2,000 employees for the occasion.
  • On September 22, 2014, Catherine Coupet is appointed President & CEO of the Group.

Expansion of our activities worldwide

  • Acquisition of a 65% stake in the company Tombou in Bulgaria.
  • Acquisition of the company Bonus in Poland.
  • The group begins operations in New Caledonia with the establishment of a Caledonian GIE.
  • First carbon footprint in Turkey.
  • Signature of the agreement establishing a European Works Council.
  • The Czech Republic offers an on-line solution for managing employees company benefits.
  • The Group joins the investment fund CoopEst. Dedicated to economic and social development, this fund operates in 10 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • The Group Foundation expands its activities in Morocco, Romania and Turkey.
  • Launch of the Chèque Déjeuner card in France.
